COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION Even though our software products are easy to use, they all come with extensive user guides. User Guides are written in plain English, and are full of pictures of the software in use, so your screen will always match the book. That makes them longer than most (the DisplayIt! User Guide is 80 pages!) but if you need to know how to do something, its in the guide.
NO FINGER POINTING Finger pointing is simply not in our culture. We won't send you to another support line because you are asking about hardware, or a companion software product. We will attempt to answer your question and only refer you to someone else if we simply can't answer it. Even then, give you a name and number to call whenever possible, so you avoid the runaround!
FULL MAINTENANCE COVERAGE We offer one-year and two-year maintenance plans. They are inexpensive, and one contract covers all of the Best Wave software at your location, regardless of the number of displays in use.
NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS? Although our published support hours are 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday, we check our e-mails during off times. We don't mind, because you deserve a prompt answer, and we want you to be pleased.
FREE UPDATES The latest version of each product is always available on this site, and there is never a cost to update for our Maintenance customers. We encourage you to take advantage of new features and enhancements! Customers who do not have a current maintenance contract can purchase updates for a low fee.
NO NASTY SURPRISES There are many ways to license software. At Best Wave, we believe that customers want to purchase a fully-paid license and be done with it. They don't like expensive surprises arriving in the mail because of content or usage fees.
